Meet your Coach,
I'm Pleunie
This work doesn't come from the theory books it's grounded in lived experience, both personally and through working closely with others.
I’ve worked with people who appear capable on the outside, but feel stuck on the inside—people from all walks of life who have already “done the work,” yet sense something deeper hasn’t fully landed.
I kept seeing the same pattern: moments of insight, breakthroughs, even short-term change… followed by a return to old cycles. It wasn’t a lack of knowledge or effort—it was a lack of true integration.
That’s why I work with the Embodied Wholeness program.
This isn’t about learning more. It’s about healing what sits at the root, so change becomes lasting rather than something that fades when life gets challenging.
My approach is grounded, intuitive, relational, and honest. I don’t force change, bypass discomfort, or rely on quick fixes—this work honours your pace and your process.
If we work together, the focus isn’t on becoming someone new—it’s on coming back to Wholeness.
Because of the depth of this work, I only take on a small number of clients, so I can offer full presence and support throughout your journey.
If you’re ready to break the cycle and come home to yourself, let’s connect.

The Coaching Institude
3 years I trained as a Master Practitioner of Coaching with TCI, where I developed a deeper understanding of human behaviour, emotional patterns, and lasting change. This training gave me practical tools and proven methodologies to help clients move beyond limiting beliefs and create real transformation in their lives.
Through this work, I learned how to guide people with clarity, structure, and compassion—supporting both personal growth and meaningful, sustainable change. It also allows me to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels aligned and empowering.
Why I can guide this work;
Yoga teacher training
I completed a 2-year full-time Diploma of Yoga Teaching with Health Institute Australasia, where I developed a deeper understanding of the body, mind, and nervous system. My training went beyond movement, exploring how stress and emotions are stored in the body and how somatic practices can support their release. Through breathwork and meditation, I learned how to gently regulate the nervous system and create space for healing. This allows me to guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies in a safe and supportive way.
Integrated Self Dynamics Method
I trained in Integrated Self Dynamics, a deeply transformative approach that works with the root causes of emotional patterns rather than just surface-level change. This method combines parts work, somatic practices, and attachment-based understanding to support true integration and healing.
For my clients, this means we gently explore the parts of you that developed to protect you, allowing old patterns to shift without force or pressure. This work creates a deeper sense of safety, self-understanding, and lasting change.
